Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 6, 2026
AVYRION Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (“AVYRION”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices you have when you visit www.avyrion.in (the “Site”) or contact us. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described here.
Information you provide to us
When you submit our contact form, chat with Avy (our website assistant), or email us, we collect what you enter directly — typically your name, email address, company name, service interest, and message details. You choose what to share with us; only fill in fields you’re comfortable providing.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, we automatically receive some technical information when you visit: your approximate location (from IP address), browser and device type, pages viewed, referring page, and time spent on the Site. This is collected through standard server logs and the analytics tools described below.
Cookies and similar technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies (such as local storage) for essential site functionality and, where you allow it, for analytics. Specifically:
- Essential — required for basic site operation (for example, remembering your cookie preference). These do not require consent beyond what is needed to deliver the Site.
- Google Analytics — helps us understand aggregate traffic and usage patterns. Loaded only after you accept analytics cookies.
- Microsoft Clarity — provides anonymized session insights (such as scroll and click patterns) to help us improve the Site’s usability. Loaded only after you accept analytics cookies.
- Cloudflare — our hosting provider may collect basic, privacy-focused traffic analytics as part of delivering and securing the Site.
On your first visit in production we show a cookie banner so you can accept, reject, or manage optional analytics cookies. You can change your choice anytime via Cookie settings in the site footer. You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings; note that some Site features may not work as intended without essential storage.
How we use your information
- To respond to inquiries and provide proposed solutions
- To operate, maintain, and improve our website and services
- To understand aggregate usage trends and site performance
- To detect, prevent, and address fraud, spam, or abuse of our forms
- To comply with legal obligations when required
How we share your information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers who help us operate the Site and respond to your inquiries, including our contact-form processors (Web3Forms and FormSubmit), analytics providers (Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity), and our hosting provider (Cloudflare). These providers process data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own marketing purposes. We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of AVYRION, our users, or others.
International data transfers
AVYRION is based in Gurugram, India, but the service providers listed above operate global infrastructure, which means your information may be processed on servers located outside India. Where this happens, we rely on the safeguards those providers publish in their own privacy and data-processing terms.
Data retention
We retain inquiry information only as long as needed to handle your request, maintain reasonable business records, and meet legal or accounting obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymized. Aggregate analytics data may be retained longer since it does not identify you individually.
Data security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures — such as encrypted transport (HTTPS) and restricted access to stored inquiries — to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your rights and choices
Depending on where you are located, you may have rights to access, correct, download, or request deletion of your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing (for example, under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, or the EU/UK GDPR where applicable). You can withdraw analytics cookie consent anytime via Cookie settings in the footer. To exercise any other rights, email [email protected] and we will respond within a reasonable time.
Children’s privacy
The Site is intended for businesses and professionals and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party websites (for example, our social media profiles). We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of sites we do not operate — please review their own policies before sharing information with them.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal, operational, or regulatory reasons. We will revise the “Last updated” date above when we do; material changes will be reflected here.
